Adding beauty to the lives of their peers are these women trainees of Essar Lok Vikas Kendras (ELVKs) in rural Gujarat. Armed with training in hairdressing, make-up and beauty therapy, these women are on their way to lead their own businesses and have an empowered future!
In the past five years, ELVKs in rural Gujarat have helped more than 2,000 women elevate themselves towards self-reliance.
