Essar Foundation and Essar Steel (EStIL), Vizag, sponsored the 14th Under-20 State-Level Kabaddi competition. It was held on December 2, 2014, at Dantewada in Chhattisgarh. Young players from all over the state participated in the competition. It was organised by the district administration and the District Kabaddi Association of Dantewada. Government officials also attended the event.
The girls team from Ranjangaon and the boys team from Raigarh won their respective competitions. Dantewada is also gearing up to host a preparatory camp for the national-level kabaddi competition where selected players from the winning teams will be provided training.
