It has been proven across the world that the most effective preventive ‘vaccine’ for HIV / AIDS (human immune-deficiency virus / acquired immune-deficiency syndrome) is knowledge of the disease. She also emphasised the need to do away with ill-informed victimisation of people afflicted and / or affected by the virus.
